why are you also removing the tags local-screenshot-baseline? should it be a different PR?

Because that tag was consumed only by maestro cloud. I can retain it but it would become noise then |

Summary:
Remove the disabled Maestro Cloud iOS and Android CI jobs, their reusable workflow and Cloud-only RNTester flow tags. Local Maestro E2E workflows and screenshot tests remain in place.
