NVIDIA GPU Operator console plugin uses outdated v1alpha1 ConsolePlugin CR #382

The current config for enabling the NVIDIA GPU console plugin does not work correctly. The spec.service field appears to be deprecated and replaced with spec.backend.service.

This should be updated.
