fix: keep credentials off /directory - #151

OpenAI rejected the plugin for soliciting restricted data, which includes
access credentials. Drop schema examples that name or hold a credential
(the env example {"JUPYTER_PASSWORD": "hunter2"} on seven tools) and
leave the secret and registry-credential tools off /directory.

OpenAI rejected the Runpod plugin because the
/directorysurface solicited access credentials. This PR removes those prompts from the directory profile:JUPYTER_PASSWORDexample on Pod and endpointenvfields./directory. The default/tool surface is unchanged./directoryinitialize instructions: for operations outside its tool list, use the production REST API v2 reference at https://api.runpod.io/v2/docs from the user's own environment. The suppliedv2-rest.runpod.ioURL is the development host, so production instructions useapi.runpod.io.The bundled
companion-clisskill also contains credential setup guidance; that is handled in the plugin ZIP separately.Validation
Rebased cleanly on
mainafter #149 merged. Local checks pass: 524/524 tests,pnpm generate:check,pnpm type-check,pnpm lint,pnpm build,pnpm spec:check, and Prettier. GitHub checks are running on the updated branch.
