Pack to a bin that is being already partially packed #51

- I am not the developer. I don't understand your question. If the bin is full, there is no space to add more rectangles. If the bin is not full, then rectangles will be added. More rectangles can be packed since there are more space in the bin. I want to know whether how to adress that kind of a problem usung this library
