The module already requires Go 1.27.3, but both READMEs still state 1.27.2. Align the minimum version and the report CLI inputs with the pinned Action releases (go-test-report v1.1.3, goreportcard v1.1.4), preserving macOS source builds and existing coverage/quality thresholds.
