Follow-up to #1394, #1395 and #1396, found by scanning the Python-visible prose of chapters 2-4 on master.

  • declare → define: exercise instructions (<PYTHON>Declare a function</PYTHON> etc.), "declared in section …", "these declarations" (functions), "if we had declared fibs".
  • predeclared → predefined (4 places in §4.1).
  • list → linked list, following the existing ch2 convention <SPLITINLINE><SCHEME>list structure</SCHEME><PYTHON>linked-list structure</PYTHON></SPLITINLINE> for shared text: §3.3.1 prose and solutions, §3.3.3, §4.2.3, §4.4.1, "list-structured data" in §2.1.1 and ch. 4 intro, and the section titles of §3.3.1, §3.5.1 and §4.2.3.

Left alone on purpose: "declaration assignment" (SICPy term), global/nonlocal declarations, "term list" (§2.5.3 data abstraction), math_* names, index entries.

Remaining leftovers after #1394-#1396:
- Python branch of exercise instructions still said "Declare a function"
  (and a few "declared in section"/"declarations" referring to functions)
- predeclared/pre-declared -> predefined
- bare "list"/"list structure" in Python-visible prose -> "linked list" /
  "linked-list structure" (ch2 convention), including three section titles
